2. Data collected
This policy describes the data used when you browse this Website, send us an enquiry or choose to receive communications. These services do not require an account. The policy also covers data relating to authorised site administrators.
2.1 Administration access
Authorised site managers’ accounts contain a username, email address and hashed password, together with their role, any profile information they provide and their account preferences. This data is used to manage and secure their access.
2.2 Contact form
We collect your name, email address, enquiry category, subject and message, and your organisation if you provide it.
2.3 Training quotation requests
We collect your name and email address and, where provided or applicable, your phone number, organisation, training area, delivery format, number of participants and message.
2.4 Newsletter
We record your email address, selected topics and delivery preferences, along with your subscription status and records of requests, confirmations and withdrawals. You confirm your subscription using the email link. You can update your choices and unsubscribe using the management links in the emails.
2.5 Technical data
Technical information, including IP addresses and browser information, may be used to manage sessions, maintain security and limit abuse.
2.6 Launch notifications
If you ask to be notified of a launch, we record your email address, language and selected topics, together with confirmation or withdrawal dates and notification status. Explicit confirmation through a private link is required. No account is created and this does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Each confirmed topic results in one launch notification. You can change or withdraw your interests using the email link, or request a new link on the interest management page. Your choice dates and delivery status help us handle your requests and avoid duplicate notifications. You can request erasure of this data using the contact address below.

Your browser’s language preferences help select the French or English version when you enter the Website. If you use the language selector, the htech_language cookie remembers your choice for six months. It contains only your language choice, with no personal identifier, and is not used for advertising.

- Google reCAPTCHA v2 — Used to protect contact and quotation request forms against spam. This service is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
- Website email service — The email address you provide is used to deliver confirmations, management links and the communications you have selected.
We do not share data with advertising networks, analytics tools or social networks.

6. Emails sent
The Website sends emails in the following circumstances:
- Verification of an administration account’s email address
- A link to confirm or manage interests, followed by one launch notification for each confirmed topic
- An administration account password reset
- Acknowledgement of a contact form submission
- Acknowledgement of a training quotation request
- Newsletter subscription confirmation
- Newsletter delivery, if subscribed
Every newsletter includes links to unsubscribe and manage preferences.
7. Retention periods

- Password hashing (bcrypt)
- CSRF protection on all forms
- Email verification for managers and subscription confirmation
- Anti-spam measures (honeypot fields, timing checks and reCAPTCHA)
- Restricted access to administrative data through authentication and roles

Under applicable personal data protection regulations, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data
