htechsymbiose.com (the “Website”) is published by HTech Symbiose, a consulting, training, applied research and digital solution development company with expertise in artificial intelligence, based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
The Website introduces our activities, lets you contact us and helps you prepare a training enquiry. You can also choose which communications you wish to receive.

2. Access to the Website
You do not need an account to browse the Website, send a contact or quotation request, or subscribe to communications. Administration access is restricted to authorised site managers.

3.1 Contact and training enquiries
The forms let you describe your needs or request a training quotation. An email acknowledges receipt of your submission. It does not constitute acceptance of the request or confirmation of a service. Any proposed engagement is subject to arrangements agreed with you.
3.2 Newsletter
You can request a newsletter subscription using your email address without creating an account. The email link opens a page where you choose your topics and confirm your subscription. Opening the link alone does not subscribe you. You can then manage your choices or unsubscribe using the links provided in the emails.
3.3 Launch notifications
You can select one or more topics and confirm your interest using the email link. This does not create an account or subscribe you to the newsletter. Each confirmed topic enables one launch notification. You can withdraw your interests using the management link.
3.4 Links to other websites
Links to external websites, including our Blog, take you to separate services. Please read their terms of use and privacy information before using them.

These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts in Ouagadougou.
